What Does Vomiting With Low Grade Fever Suggest?

I am 27 years old. For a little over a week I have been experiencing a low grade fever accompanied with a low grade nausea (no vomiting) and loss of appetite. After a good night's sleep my symptoms disappear, but by evening they seem to return. While my symptoms seem mild, their inconsistency and duration of over a week are worrisome. Is there cause for concern or is this a mild bug i can sleep off eventually?
