What Does Vomiting After Taking AKT 4 Tablets Suggest?

Hi this is Deepak My mother has started treatment with AKT 4 before 3-4 days. She takes orange tablet in morning around 6 am , but when she took breakfast around 8 am she vommits immediatley after 10-15 minutes this is happening from last 3 days regularly please suggest further

Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
Nausea and vomiting symptoms are maximum on starting anti-tubercular medication and then they gradually reduce.
Don't remain empty stomach for too long after the early morning capsule. 30 minutes gap is sufficient.
Encourage small frequent meals including fruits, juices, custard, etc.
Needs anti-vomiting medication including domperidone/metoclopramide/ondansetron initially if vomiting is more.
Your doctor can add any of these above medication and an antacid on examination.
