The findings described are pointing to a possible complex cyst in the left ovary. At 39 x 37 x 31 mm it might be causing mild pelvic discomfort. Through transmission indicates the presence of fluid and therefore a cystic structure. A repeat ultrasound may be indicated in few months with necessary blood tests after consultation with your doctor. Absence of significant flow on Doppler indicates a paucity or less blood supply which is in favor of a benign condition.
