What Does Urine Analysis Results Mean?

hi,here is my urinalysis result. what does it mean? macroscopic exam:
COLOR:yellow CHARACTER:sl.turbid REACTION:5.0 SPECIFIC GRAVITY:1.020 ALBUMEN:trace SUGAR:negative microscopic exam: EPITHELIAL CELLS:moderate AMORPHOUS URATES:few BACTERIA:moderate PUS CELLS:5-10/hpf RBC:1-3/hpf ...thanks a lot..

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by slightly turbid colour of urine and presence of pus cells,RBC,epithelial cells,moderate bacteria,trace albumin etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
