Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound report suggests presence of inflammation of bladder wall-described as cystitis.
This inflammation is due to presence of a mass in the bladder.
This mass could be a growth-benign or malignant.
There is structural abnormality in the right ureter, pelvis of the kidney and the calyceal system of the kidney.
Pain during urination could be due to the mass in the bladder.
You need to consult a urologist for examination of the bladder by cystoscopy.
The mass may have to be removed to relieve the symptoms.
Pain killer can be used if pain is experienced.

Thanks and take care
