What Does Ultrasound Report Of Uterus Mean?

i am 52 year old. in my ultrasound report-- uterus mention bulky and retro. size 8x5x5 Cms. mutiple echogenic fibroids are seen in ant and post myometrium. cayest mearsres around 2 Cms in ant myometrium. No e/o indication of endometrium. i am worried , please explain me.

According to reports,uterus is enlarged in size.There are multiple fibroids are seen in anterior and posterior myometrium largest measuring approx 2 cm in anterior myometrium.
Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
You should consult gynecologist.
