According to TVS report there is a tubulocyctic, unilocular, thin walled, anaechoic structure (measuring 2.9x2.5x1.8cm) situated superior to the left ovary and it may be left hydrosalpinx(dilated and fluid filled left fallopian tube). Hydrosalpinx is a distally blocked fallopian tube filled with serous or clear fluid.Hydrosalpinx may be due to sequel of infection. Necessity of treatment depend on clinical assessment. Hope i have answered your query.
