Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports there is single intrauterine gestational sac with fetal gestational age is 5 weeks and 3 days.
Yolk sac is visible but fetal pole and cardiac activity is not seen,so you need follow up scan after 2 weeks.
Non visualization of fetal cardiac activity may be due to early pregnancy, excessive maternal abdominal fat etc.You shouldn't worry at all.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
