Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had a recent Total Hip Replacement and having pain in the groin area and can not lift my leg against gravity. I have just had an x-ray done and it says apparent lucency associated with the lower half of the ace tabular cup may be associated with the clinical features and a bony prominence may represent a fracture fragment.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, with such major surgery such symptoms are very likely and this may need physiotherapy, and if this is not comes around then better to have word with orthopedic surgeon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
