What Does This X-ray Report Of Hip Mean?

I have had a recent Total Hip Replacement and having pain in the groin area and can not lift my leg against gravity. I have just had an x-ray done and it says apparent lucency associated with the lower half of the ace tabular cup may be associated with the clinical features and a bony prominence may represent a fracture fragment.
