The present scan report shows the following Just bulky anteverted uterus (8.5*5.8cm)with focal adenomyosis thickened endometrium with endometrial hyperplasia Richt ovarian Hemorrhagic cyst (2.9*1.9cm) Right ovarian chocolate cyst (4.3*2.5cm) Left ovarian follicular cyst (2.1*1.6cm) Grade 1 fatty liver Uterus Uterus is anteverted and measures8.5*5.8cm.There is an ill defined hyperechoic lesion with sunray shadowing measuring 3.3 * 2.3 cm in the posterial wall of the body region.Endometerial thickness is increased and measures 13mm with multiple tiny cystic spaces are seen within .Few tiny subendometrial cyst are seen in the lower uterine segment .Cervix shows few nabothian cyst.
