What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Test Result For Fertility Indicate?

Hi I m 39 year old and had an ultrasound scan today and the diagnosis was uterine fibroses intramural right lateral wall structure homogeneous 21mmx17mmx16mm and adenomyosis. I m trying to conceive is well will this diagnoses affect my fertility.thank you

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Presence of uterine fibrosis with a homogeneous mass and adenomyosis is not a good sign and might result in difficulty in conceiving, which would affect your fertility.
Homogeneous mass in the form of uterine fibrosis and presence of adenomyosis, which is a condition in which the inner lining of the uterus (the endometrium) breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus (the myometrium) needs to be treated in case you need to conceive.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for further evaluation and appropriate management.
