What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hi im 27 and not married , i av a bulky uterus with a hypo echoic mass at fundal region measuring about 6. 61cm* 4. 19cm from my ultrasound report. I want to know if it might stop me from getting pregnant ? Should i go for a surgery or i go for treatment?

The lesion which appears to be fibroid will not affect your conception unless its pressing on the uterine cavity.
You can find out if its so by doing Hysterosalpingography which will show irregular filling defect.
Ensure your other tests are normal and your husbands semen analysis is normal.
Medical treatment of fibroids prevent conception so not a good option when trying conception.
