What Does This Urine Test Results Indicate?

In first time urine test they told that prostate gland is 22cc and ecoli is grown,after sometime i takn anothr test it showing tht
color-Strw yellow,Transperancy-Clear,Raction Acidic,pus cell-occassional/hpf
epithelial cells-occassional/hpf,Blood-negatve

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the current urine report is as follows:
Presence of pus cells and epithelial cells suggest presence of infection.
As you have mentioned that E coli, which is type of bacteria was isolated from the urine sample, treatment for the bacteria should be taken.
After completion of complete course of antibiotic, a repeat urine examination needs to be done to ensure that infection has cleared.
