What Does This Urine Test Result Mean?

i just got my urinalysis report
and that says:

Macroscopic analysis:
color : light yellow
transparency: clear
ph: 5.0
specific gravity: 1.005
sugar : negative
protein : negative

Microscopic Analysis:
pus cells : 5-10/HPF
red cells : 0-2/HPF

Epit helial cells : occasional
Mucus Threads : occasional
Amorphous Urates/Phosphates : occasional


so what i wanna ask is, did my result good or should i still have to meet doctor?
because i'm not understand the result?
did everything normal in my urinalysis report?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
According to our urine analysis you have 5-10 pus cells & 0-2 Red blood cells seen under high power of microscope, which are suggestive of slight urinary tract infection. There was also presence of occasional Epithelial cell, Mucus Thread & Amorphous Urates/Phosphate also.
However protein & sugar presence was not detected. Therefore glomerular filteration should be normal. All physical attributes of urine such as color, ph, specific gravity & transparency.
Therefore everything is normal in your urine analysis except for presence of pus cells & red cells. Which should be suggestive of some urinary tract infection. Your urinary analysis is also indicative of some urinary tract or kidney calculus also.
