Your report appears to be normal. There are few urate crystals which could be associated with high meat intake. You should reduce the quantity if meat, beef etc. in your diet. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink 1-2 litres of water a day. Do brisk walking everyday for 40 minutes. Get your blood urea, creatinine and uric acid levels estimated as well if your Doctor advises.
