What Does This Urine And Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi .this is noureen from Pakistan , i am so much worried egarding my health , i was LMP on May 17 2010, then on 5 June 2010 i had spotting for three days , i was worried might be i am pregnant dur to my fiancee , on the same day of spotting i took pregnancy test from lab in the evening but it got negative.

Then i rushed to gynecologist ..she had ultrasound ans said u are having both polycystic ovarine ,thus i had urine test and blood test .My ESR 58, white blood cells are : 12100 and my urine test shows uric acid + , Bacteria + and pus cells 3-4

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You are not pregnant. You have polycystic ovarian disease. You should take treatment for that. Your blood report shows high total count with high esr. So you may have some infection or tuberculosis. You should consult your doctor and take treatment for all that.
