General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to HCM....

You have not mentioned your clinical symptoms....
Here in your report positive findings are mainly related to bacteria present and slight increase pus cells....

Normally 1 to 2 pus cells present in urine per high power field....
Here it is 4 to 5....
So chance of mild urinary tract infection can be there....

Clinical correlation is need to be done....
Consult physician for Physical examination....if needed antibiotic given for UTI ....
Maintain hydration ...
More fruit juice....

If needed repeat Urine test can be done.

Take care.

Hope your concern solved.
