What Does This Urinalysis Report Specify?

Hi i'm 34 years old, my urine test. Pus cells 3-5/hpf, red blood cells 0-1/hpf, epithelial cells few, mucus threads rare, bacteria rare, amorphous urates few, pus in clumps 0-1/hpf. Color light yellow, clarity slightly turbid. Chemical- specific gravity 1.005, ph 6.0, albumin negative, sugar negative. What does it mean? Thank you very much.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Your Urinalysis report shows presence of 3-5 pus cells, few epithelial cells & 0-1 red blood cells under high power field of microscope. However bacteria were rarely seen in specimen. This shows slight urinary tract infection in you. However in absence of any urinary tract infection symptoms this can also be taken as normal.
all other features such as colour, clarity, specific gravity etc all are normal. There is also no albumin protein or sugar found in specimen. Therefore your kidney filtration should also be normal.

Refer to your physician
Hope this information helps
