General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Presence of WBC, RBC, bacteria and positive leucocyte esterase tests suggests urinary tract infection.
I would suggests to consult the urologist and undergo urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity test.
Doctor will give following advises:
Antibiotic according to test and culture report.
Tablet nitrozolium and pyridium
Syrup cital
Tablet acetaminophen
Drink plenty of water and fresh juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty the bladder completely.
Repeat the urine test after completion of treatment.
Hope this may help you
