What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?
21 years old. Male. 2 days ago at night i have fever 38celcius then yesterday i go to clinic and doctor ask me to take urinalysis. Color dark yellow Transparency slightly hazy Reaction 8 ph Specific gravity 1.005 Protein albumin trace Sugar glucose negative Blood negative Red blood cells 0-1 /hpf Pus cells 2-4 /hpf Epihelial cells occasional Bacteria occasional Mucus thread moderate Today i have no fever. But when i urinate there is a blood. But i didnt feel pain. Please help me

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such fever could be due to viral infection and this is nothing to worry , just let runs the course of fever and it will be fine soon, if this is hematuria then it need to be get tested, to rule out the under lying possibilities, urinary stone need to be ruled out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
