Hello

Pain may be due to urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine and presence of few RBC,WBC and bacteria in urine.

It is good that protein and glucose are absent in urine.

Besides clinical correlation, you need investigations like routine hemogram, urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.

Proper antibiotics should be prescribed based upon culture and sensitivity report.
Only pain killers willn't help you.

I also suggest alkalizing syrup to my patients. It helps in changing pH of urine.

Get well soon.
Take Care
