What Does This Ultrasound Test Result Of Pelvis Indicate?

EXAM: ULTRASOUND PELVIS, TRANSABDOMINAL HISTORY: Left pelvic pains. Irregular periods rule out ovarian cyst. TECHNIQUE: Sonographic imaging was performed utilizing transabdominal approach. COMPARISON: None available. FINDINGS: Uterus: Orientation: Retroverted Size: 6.4 x 4.2 x 3.9 cm Mass: None.Cervix: Normal.Endometrium: Normal. The endometrial thickness measures 0.6 cm.Ovaries: Right Ovary Measurement: 2.3 x 2.3 x 2.3 cm,Right Ovarian Lesion: None. Follicles largest 1.3 cm.Left Ovary Measurement: 2.5 x 1.9 x 2.6 cm Left Ovarian Lesion: None. Follicles largest 1.1 cm and 0.8 cm diameters.Adnexa:Mass: None.Cul-De-Sac: No free fluid. IMPRESSION: Retroverted uterus without mass.Bilateral ovarian follicles, consider follow-up in 2-3 months to rule out developing cyst.Hi Doctor,Can you please explain this report to me? Thank you.

On basis of this ultrasound report, there is no abnormality found. There is need to get another ultrasound after an interval of three months to pick any developing abnormality.
Meanwhile stay calm and maintain proper follow up with gynaecologist.
