What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I really want to know what exactly the report says & wat means by that actually.
What treatment should you provide me further.
The report is:
Urinary bladder is filled with urine appears normal. No intravesical growth or stone seen.
Uterus is normal in size, shape, position and echo pattern, uterine size is 8.7 x 3.8 x 3.7 cm.
Myometrium is normal no mass
seen in uterus.
Endometrium measures 15 mm is thickened and heterogenous with echogenic products within more along the posterior aspect suggestive of retained products of conception.
Both ovaries are normal in size, shape an echotetxure.
B/L adnexae are normal . No tubo-ovarien mass seen.
No free fluid seen in pouch of Douglas.
