What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor. I m 39 yrs old had ultrasound that shows: left ovarian an average sized anechoic cyst is seen, measuring about 57.6 x 45.2 x 66mm.. is this critical,does it need surgery? im few months married but never been pregnant.I really appreciate for the reply.

ovarian cyst does not need any treatment. ,only thing is ovulation to be monitored. Ovulation stimulating medicine can be given. ovulation detecting kits are available. so you can monitor the ovulation other investigation related to your husband like semen analysis may be done.
