General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear;
The ultrasound scan is suggestive abou poly cystic disease which is most common cause of infertility in young woman.
Pcod is basically due to hormonal imbalance mostly due to excess of prolactin and LH..fsh is also low. Basic pathology is that the follicle never grows and they are always small.
It is associated with many other diseases as hirsutism/acne/hypothyroidism and many more.
The scan is also suggesting about possible pelvic inflammatory disease which quite common.
I wilk recommend you to visit a gynecologist asap.
Though u.s.g is nearly confirmatory but hormone levels will tell about the severity and will guide for the treatment.
Thanks
Wish u a healthy lyf.
