What Does This Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Ultrasound tells me that endometrial echo appears slighty thickened and is measured at 11 mm. Both ovaries appear normal and the ptch of douglas states that minimal free fluid is noted in pod. What does that mean? Will i be pregnant? Or can i be pregnant?

Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.

There is slight thickening of endometrium which could be because of pregnancy or menstruation. If there is pregnancy then there will be presence of gestational sac, which will be seen usually after 4-5 week of pregnancy. You can get serum bhcg levels which are more specific in diagnosing early pregnancy.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Take care.
