Hi doctor As per ultrasound report my wife aged 38 years, weight 65kg ADNEXA : Rt Adnexa shows a mixechogenic mass of 38x31x28mm.(Tuboovarian mass) Lt overy seems to be Normal.Rest every thing is normal.Pls advice is it serious or normal? Haw to cure it.

Hi..., the mass must be investigated further to rule out any malignancy...,
if the mass is not so, then conservative management is enough...,
if the biopsy suggestive of benign or malignancy then surgery is the only treatment...
