What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Kidneys Indicate?

I am near about 48 years old, and have a good health. I am suffering from kidney disease in which small stones are formed in my kidney. These stones are passes through urine time to time. My Clinical history are as under:- I am also suffering from Gout . My Uric acid increases sometime up to10.0 mg . I was Zyloric 300 mg daily since near about 20 years for this problem. Two years ago my right kidney was out of order. It work only 15%. And left is 85%. And stone stucked in ureter for which I had URS .Recently I have pain in my kidney two small stones had passed out through urine . I had an Ultrasound on 01.11.2010 after this. Ultra sound report is as under :- The Right kidney is smaller then normal, has mild hydronephrosis but no obstruction lesions could be seen. The left kidney measures almost 12 cm in length, there are multiple punctuate echogenicities in the region of the modularly sinuses, there are no stone or signs of obstruction . The Cortex is normal. IMPRESSION Right hypoplastic kidney with left compensatory hypertrophy.
