What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?

52, regular periods every 28-30 days up until 9 months ago. Period started in late Sept. and has been pretty much constant. Varies from heavy with clots to light to spotting. No more than a couple days without spotting every 6 weeks or so.

Ultrasound shows "borderline endometrial stripe thickness at 14 mm". Right ovary was normal, left ovary was not seen.
No birth control or other hormones since the age of 23.
BMI 38. 3 c-sections, no miscarriages.

It means that the patient has metrorrhagia hich can be caused by an endometrial hyperplasia, or worse it can be even a stage 1A endometrial carcinoma. So the patient has to perform an endometrial curettage.
