What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I did a scan and the result shows non gravid anteverted slightly bulky sized uterus with non uniform myometrial echo pattern that measures 52mm in AP diameter. The endometrial lining is fairly thickened. Can you please explain what this really means.

since you have not mentioned your age, is assume that you are fertile lady, in which the uteri can be bulky. however in presence of associated symptoms, like pain in lower abdomen or irregular our excessive bleeding, this may represent any ongoing infection. thickening of endometrial lining is a normal finding few days before menstruation.
i suggest you get a repeat scan after you finish your period to assess endometrial thickness.
