What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hi doctor, I think I had a miscarriage one month into my pregnancy but my pelvis scan results say The uterus is non gravid bulky in size measuring 9.04x6.7cm and there are multiple uterine fibroids measure 6.1cm. Does this mean I was not pregnant to begin with?

the ultrasound indicates you are not pregnant, probably you might have mistaken a delayed period with excessive bleeding which could be because of those growths in uterus which is a very common one.
