glycomet 500 sr and folic acid tablet is usefull in UTERUS - Uterus (7.43*4.38cm) is normal in size, shape & echo texture. Endometrial thickness is normal. there is rounded hypo echoic lesion of (2.22*2.14 cm) seen in uterus at the time of examination S/O Fibroid

I really appreciate your concern, both the stated medicines here are questionable what the imaging reports is given which is not suggestive of any lesion that could needs any Glycomet and Folic acid, you have not mentioned the clinical symptoms for which the medicines is given and test done hope this is information helps.
