What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I was having severe right upper quadrant pain in my abdomen so my doctor thought it was gallstones and ordered an ultrasound. It came back saying that my liver was coarse echotexture liver abnormality what does this mean? Is this why I m having constant abdominal pain?

Welcome to health care magic.

i have gone through your history and report.
The coarse echotexture is seen in patents consume regular alcohol in excess amounts - its seen when liver parencymal changes are seen.
Also seen in patients with liver pathology like infections and inflammations.
Yes this can cause constant pain.
In this case you need to get your liver function test done - then further treatment accordingly.
Hope it will help you.
any thing to ask? do not hesitate.
