General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The following things can be inferred based on the ultrasound report you have posted.
1. Uterus appears bulky but the position is normal.
2. Myometrium echotexture is normal means that there is no growth such as fibroids.
3. Endometrial thickness also is normal.
3. No gestational sac seen in endometrial cavity means that there is no pregnancy.
4. Nabothian cyst is a mucus-filled cyst which would be present on the surface of the cervix and is nothing to worry as they are generally harmless and disappear on their own.
5. Ovaries are normal.
6. No free fluid in Pouch of Douglas is also normal. Minimal free fluid could be expected to be present after ovulation.
Except for bulky uterus, rest of the features are normal.
Hope the information provided would be useful.
All the best.
