This is a report of abdominal ultrasound done in a anti-natal mother who has completed 39 weeks of her pregnancy according to this report. Abdominal ultrasound is done routinely in ante-natal mothers to check the condition of the fetus, its presentation and any abnormalities or anomalies if present. Looking into this report I can say the baby is completely healthy and in a very good condition with cephalic presentation. Fetal cardiac activity is also normal with no signs of distress. This baby most likely delivers normally in my opinion at within one week or so.
