Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from benign hyperplasia of prostate. This is age related finding and you are getting right medicines.
You don't need to do any things more. You should take the medicines regularly. This will cause some regression in size of prostate and it will relieve your symptoms.

If symptoms persists the you may need surgical intervention.
PSA(Prostate specific antigen)can be done to rule out malignant changes.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.

Take Care
