What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

i have done my 1st ultrasound on 3 rd march 2o11 the report says msd mersuring 7 mm which means i am 4 weeks and 5 days pergnmmant .i do it again on 19th march and the report comes out that single mild irregular gestional sac measuring 16 mm i.e 6 week and there is no evidence of fetal pole or cardiac activity.will i be able to hold this pregnency

Hello

Fetal pole should be visualized by this time.
Findings are not in favour as G-sac is irregular in shape.Irregular G-sac may indicate non viable fetus.
You may need follow up ultrasound after 10 days.If fetal pole is still not visualized then it can be considered as missed abortion.
So,we should patiently wait for next follow up ultrasound.
