What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi dr.. i am 6 weeks pregnant. Yesterday i had scanning but d report says single intrauterine unhealthy gestational sac of 6 weeks size.My last lmp was on july 13th.in d report it also says ,Missed abortion?......My next scanning is on 28th.. Doctor had prescribed me duphaston, Asa 50, Divafol. Sac is irregular, no heart beat also...Dr. am much tensed will i get a positive result when i do my next scanning

Hello

Your ultrasound findings suggests gestational sac (G-sac)of 6 weeks but other findings are not favourable.
Main concerning factor is irregular shape of G-sac,ideally it should be round.
Heart beat is also not noticed,but it may be early to comment on this.
You are rightly advised for follow up ultrasound.It can assess further development.
You have been prescribed right medicines.These drugs will help in supporting pregnancy.
We should wait for next ultrasound and positive results.
