What Does This Ultrasound Of The Abdomen Indicate?

I am 22,female. A week before i have a large pain in my abdomen and also loose motions so today i have go to the doctor and she said me for an ultrasound report of lower abdomen. The ultrasound report contains. Uterus : is anteverted with single G sac embedded within the decidualized endometrium. No fotel pole is noted. G SAC 7.5MM CORRESPONDS TO 5WK 5D. There is no perigestational bleed Os is closed. Cx length adequate. No adnexal mass seen. SINGLE INTRA UTERINE G SAC 5 WK 5 D What does this report means. Actually when i go to doctor for examine the report she left.
