Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.
See, your USG report seems normal. And just because your period got delayed for two days, you need not be much worried. Periods can be delayed for 2-4 days and it is normal. Plus if you have irregular periods from before, it is more likely. Anyways, other pathologies are ruled out by the USG. And it is too early to comment that you are pregnant and also USG findings of pregnancy tend to appear after few weeks. I would suggest you to get a pregnancy test done after 7 days and the further management can be planned according to the results.

Hope this was helpful.
Regards
