What Does This Transvaginal And Transabdominal Ultrasound Report Specify?

Please tell me in laymans terms what this report means. I have a follow up appointment later this week. Is this leaning towards ovarian and or endometrial cancer. Transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound showed Uterus 7.5 x 4.1 x 4.9 cm with endometrial stripe 0.7 cm with area of prominent blood flow. Right ovary 2.9 x 2.0 x 2.5 cm Left ovary 1.6 x 1.0 x 1.4 cm blood flow to ovaries is physiologic. There is a tubular anechoic structure in the right adnexa measuring 3.3 x 1.0 x 1.4 cm without surrounding hypervascular flow, suggestive of hydrosalpinx. No solid adnexal mass is appreciated. Impression: 1. Focus of prominent vascularity in endometrial canal. An underlying polyp is not excluded. Recommending further evaluation.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear;
This ultrasound report is suggestive of uterine polyp. ..and there is not even a single thing thing suggestive of uterine or ovarian carcinoma.
Hydrosalpinx is swelling of uterine tube which is quite common in pelvic inflammatory disease.
A histopathological ecamination can further rule out endometrial carcinoma.

Since the polyp is highly vascular so there is always a risk of bleeding for which a surgery is advisable.
In my opinion u must go for a pap smear to rule out any endometrial pathology.
Thanks
