What Does This Trans Vaginal Scan Test Result Mean?

Hi, I had go through trans vaginal scan.According to report the uterus size is normal.right ovary is showing no dominant follicle and left ovary is showing 18mm dominent follicle.report taken on CD 23. My total cycle days =25. No free fluid in POD. Please tell me what it means?is this report is normal?
