What Does This Stool Test Report Indicate?

Hi, my 5-yr son is having a abdominal pain and fever and sometimes having difficulty of breathing..stools and urine exam has done.what does it mean if the result was Stools: Ascaris lumbricoides fertilized ova-5 Pus cells: 0-2/hpf Urine : Pus cell - 1-3/hpf RBC- 0-2/hpf Is it to rule out pus in the intestine?thanks

Hello. Ascaris is a intestinal worm. Your son would need anti ascaris treatment.
Also, pus cells ( or neutrophils) signify infection and response to ascaris .On successful treatment for ascaris, pus cells would gradually decrease to nil
