What Does This Sonography Result Of Abdomen And Pelvis Indicate?

Hi.I have done SONOGRAPHY OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS where reports shows, Prominent pelvicalyceal system on the right side. , No other significant abnormality is seen . Is there anything to worry? two months back Hypertension is detected. this cause Hypertension. I have started the medicines which is under control now but for last two years I am having pain @ right side of the stomach. Please advice

Hi. There is nothing to worry. Plz control your bp and it should be fine. Plz do a serum creatinine and urine albumin test if you haven't done it. Take care.
