Pus cells 8-10/HPF
RBC's=nill,Epithelial cell=Nill
Good active motile 30%,sluggish=25%,Non motile=45%
Morpholoy Normal=80%,abnormal 20%.

As per your sperm analysis report, You have 25 million sperm count /ml which is normal. With respect to motility of sperms, you have 30% active motile sperms. sluggish motile are 25 % & rest are non motile. As per morphology 80% are of normal shape.
There are presence of pus cell 8-10 hpf which could mean slight genital tract infection in you.
So all together you are suffering from Asthenospermia or reduced sperm motility. Which might be reason of infertility problem you are facing. This problem can arise due to abnormal liquification of semen, steam bath, metabolic deficiencies & some testicular problems
