Please find below my semen analysis report Time of Specimen 9.15 AM/PM Time of Examination 9.50 AM/PM Duration of Abstinence 4 days Liquefaction at 37° C 35.00 minutes Volume 2.50 mL Appearance Viscid opaque Colour Whitish Viscosity Thick pH 7.8. 7.2 - 7.8 Microscopic Examination Total Sperm Concentration 55.00 million/mL Percentage Motility 65.00 % (Grade A+B) Grade A (Progressive motile) 50.00 % 32 ( lower reference limit) Grade B (Non progressive motile) 15.00 % Grade C (Immotile) 35.00 % Agglutination Negative Negative Pus Cells 4-6 /hpf Red Blood Cells Nil /hpf Epithelial Cells Few /hpf Morphology Normal Morphology 70.00 % Abnormal Morphology 30.00 % (a) Head Defects 20.00 % (b) Neck & Midpiece 5.00 % (c) Tail Defects 5.00 % Chemical Examination Semen Fructose Qualitative Positive Only concern is presence of Pus cells and Epithelial Cells. Please suggest if it s fine or I need to take some medicines. Thanks

Prescence of 5-6 pus cells is not significant and ni need for further treatment
Sperm Morphology, motility and count seems within limit
So don't worry about that
