What Does This Semen Analysis Report Signify?

I have done my semen analysis and the result is as folllows: Volume 2.ml Color : Dirty White Viscosity:Viscous Reaction:Alkaline Total count:60million per ml Motility:75 percent motile Morphology:90 percent morphology WBS &Clumping:nil As I m trying to get my wife conceived for last 4 year, my doctor prescribes me to take Oligocare twice a day on the basis of above report.Is there any side effect of taking Oligocare until my wife conceive?

The semen analysis report mentioned in the query is essentially normal.
Oligocare is a nutritional supplement uses to optimize sperm functions & support normal male fertility as it increases the sperm count and its motility and correct nutritional deficiency related to male infertility. It is generally a safe medication.
The semen quality is good enough to conceive your wife.
However, since she is not able to conceive even after 4 years she needs to be investigated by a gynecologist to find out the cause of infertility and its treatment based upon the results.
