General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Short answer: Your semen is not normal.

Detailed answer:
Thank you for asking.
Normal sperm count should be above 20 million /ml. In your case it is just 16 million/ml.

Normal motile sperms should be above 50% and its around 35% in your case.

I suggest you to consult your treating doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Following life style modifications may help.

01) Avoid stress
02 ) Take rest, have good sleep
03) Eat food rich in protein content. Avoid oily food.
04) If you are obese, reduce your weight.
05) Exercise regularly.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free contact me. I'll be happy to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Prathap Kumar
