Hi Doctor its been 5 yrs we are married and want to conceive a child. My Semen analysis report Volume 2.7ml Ph 8.1 Slighty Viscosity Count 178 Motility Rapid 00 Sluggish 40 Non progressive 02 Immotile 58 Total progressive Motility 40 Normal Morphology 03 Aggulitation moderate Round cell 0.2 I have been diagnosed with asthenoteratozoospermia Can you advise what can I do to improve my sperm motility so as to father a child.

please see that you should not be diabetic ...hypertensive...smoker etc ...please take care of varicose testes ...and shun any drug you are taking ...your thyroid status should be normal ...and if all these are taken care ...please take tab speman Himalayan drug company drug one tablet thrice ...and please stop wearing tight underwear ...stop hot shower ...take multivitamin antioxidant combination ...and do sex alternate day ...
