What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Please I did a semen analysis test and this is the results I got. Total sperm count:189.60 mil/ejac,normal morphology %60 (FEW SPERMATOZOA HAVE BENT NECKS, COILED TAILS,TAPERING HEADS AND SMALL HEADS) ,IMMOTILE %45, Viability %60,sperm motility %55,progressive %20,non progressive %35, sperm concentration %39.5mill/ml,ejaculation-analysis Inte 60 minutes,ph 8.0 (7.0-8.5) volume 4.8 ml (1.5-6.0), COMMENT: SCANTY ENDs Seen. Please with this can I give birth.

Read this carefully and you will get the answer of your question.
Normal FERTILITY is associated with sperms count of >48 million/mL ( in your case individually not mentioned , since volume of semen is 4.8 ml ,so in that sense it is NORMAL ) with a MOTILITY OF >63 % ( in your case it is 55 % not normal but still good ), with 12% exhibiting normal morphology( it is 60 % , so absolutely normal ).
While other parameters are not so significant , so in my opinion according to this report you can become a FATHER .
